The block heel is low enough to walk in all day but still feels dressed up with the split black leather and brown suede panels. Wore them straight out of the box with no break-in pain, which almost never happens with leather boots for me.

I was unsure about mixing black leather and brown suede, but the split-panel design looks even better in person—they pair with almost everything in my closet.

The block heel is surprisingly stable — I wore them out for a full day of errands and my feet felt fine. The two-tone coloring makes them easy to dress up or down, and they already look better with age.
