This light blue denim is way softer than I expected for a skirt with a front cut-out. The rounded shape of that opening is really flattering and makes the maxi length feel modern without being too dressy.

I was a little nervous about how the front cut-out would look, but it's surprisingly flattering and adds just the right amount of edge. The denim is a nice medium weight—not too stiff, not too flimsy. Definitely my new go-to for casual days out.
